I had a great experience working with Jason. Our outdoor condenser failed 5 days after we moved into our new house, and even though it was a difficult financial hit Jason was able to make the process extremely easy and stress free.

He is a really nice guy to interact with and made sure I was not replacing anything that I didn't need to.

We are extremely glad that we found Jason when we did, and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends/family.

Our AC went out last night so I gave Jason a call this morning at 8 and he said he would be able to make it out that afternoon. He showed up a few hours later and immediately discovered the problem. AC was up and running by 12! Other AC companies have tried to charge us for services we probably didn't need and we did not have this experience at all with JF Air and Heat. We will continue to use this company going forward. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Jason! After being told my furnace probably needed a new control panel that would set me back $600, I called Jason for a second opinion. He came out and fixed the issue (which was not the control panel), and only charged for the trip. Will be using Jason's services again!

Hands down the best service you will get in the Charlotte area for heating/AC repairs. Jason is honest and knowledgeable and does great work. We have already used him twice! He is also very responsive and reasonable when it comes to price. We are new to Charlotte and so happy we found him. Will never use anyone else!

I've used Jason for years.. he's honest and reliable. He just came to check out my downstairs unit where the fan had failed... diagnosed and fixed in less than 10 minutes.

We are so happy with the service we received from Jason. Our HVAC went out on a Sunday and he responded to us promptly and squeezed me in the next day. He is very professional and kind. When we bought our house I knew our system was old and I just assumed the first company that would look at it would say "replace it all", but Jason was able to replace a part and it runs great again! My house is nice and cold and it's almost June! I am so thankful I found him on Yelp and I strongly recommend him over the large companies nearby. He is fair and clearly cares about his customers!

Amazing! Called Jason today due to leaking a/c cool. Because I have a child with a medical condition, the lack of a/c was a problem. He moved an appointment, got to my house, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 1.5 hours. AND charged me next to nothing. The other contractor I had out today offered no fixes- just $7500 for a new system. Jason is THE BEST! When the time comes for a new system- he's my guy.

After a few years of using one of the "big guys" and feeling like I was getting charged an arm and a leg for service I didn't really trust, I decided to give someone different a try. I don't regret it. Jason is super polite, comes across as very trustworthy, is very transparent and flexible on time, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I have a ~12 year old HVAC unit and he absolutely could have come up with some excuse for me to spend a bunch of money, but instead he confirmed in detail the tests he had run and that everything was operating smoothly. I will definitely be using Jason again in the future.

I called Jason on a Saturday morning because my air conditioner went out through the night. The highs today were in the 80s so I was dreading another night sleeping in the house without air. He was able to come over this evening and repaired my unit in under 30 minutes. He was conscientious and punctual. I will definitely call him again should the need arise.

Jason is AMAZING....called him literally less than 2 hours ago & our AC is already up & working like a charm! Originally he stated he could not make the drive all the way to our farm in Waxhaw until the evening, surprised us and made it here hours prior. NOW that alone speaks volumes to us!

Jason has 30 years of experience and he is up front, (NO HIDDEN COST or GAMES) shoots straight & that is SO refreshing in this climate.

I called Jason at JF Air and Heat at 12:17pm and he made it a priority to come out today, he arrived just after 2pm. Our whole system was down and its in the low 90's outside. He was thorough and found that all we needed was a switch that blew out in our attic due to heat exposure. I would recommend him for service for your home.

Jason was excellent, from first contact on the phone, to follow through with service. He explained everything thoroughly, and gave me options on how to proceed, and exactly how much each of those options would cost me. He recommended products that he was confident in, and when the service was complete we noticed an immediate improvement in functionality. He didn't do anything unnecessary, and didn't try to talk me into doing any sort of costly upgrades that aren't needed at this time.
